📦 Shipping Policy – Mar De Fuego

Overview
All Mar De Fuego products are produced by us, screen printing partners, POD, and other methods. This means every item is made especially for you after you place your order. Please read carefully to understand shipping, delivery times, and risk.

1. Production & Processing Time

Orders are produced after purchase, typically within 3–7 business days.
Custom or special items may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.
Production begins only after payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We use trusted carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) for domestic and international shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 7–15 business days (production + shipping)
- International: 15–35 business days (production + shipping + customs)
Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, import duties, or additional charges for international orders.

4. Tracking Orders

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped from the POD, Screen-printing, or mail offices.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or issues once the package leaves the fulfillment partner.

5. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is shipped from the POD, Mail, or manufacturer's fulfillment center.
Mar De Fuego, Shopify, Screen-printing, manufacturers, and POD partners are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, including returned or undeliverable packages.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at mardefuego.official@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the claim with the fulfillment partner and attempt a replacement if approved.
Please note: Approval of replacements is at the discretion of the fulfillment partner.

8. International Orders

International shipping times may be delayed by customs inspections, import regulations, or local carrier restrictions.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.
We are not liable for delays, fees, or returned packages caused by customs or international shipping issues.

9. No Guarantees

All delivery times are estimates.
Mar De Fuego, Shopify, Screen-printing, Manufacturers, and POD partners are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping errors outside our control.
